GENERAL GUIDELINES

Creation Process^{• You may request updates at any time during the commission process.}^{• If no updates are requested, I will follow this standard workflow:}
sketch > line art > base color > final painting.• Major changes are only accepted during the sketch stage.^{• Once the sketch has been approved, any requested changes may incur an
additional fee depending on the complexity of the revision.}^{• After the sketch stage, only minor adjustments may be accepted,
such as small color corrections or minor detail fixes.}^{• Large changes, including pose changes, outfit changes, hairstyle changes,
expression changes, background changes, character redesigns, or composition changes,
will require an additional fee or may be declined.}• Approval of a stage means you are confirming that I may
continue to the next stage.^{• Once a stage is approved, changes to that approved stage
are no longer included in the original price.}^{• Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork,
communication delays, and the number of active orders in my queue.}^{• Clients will be notified as soon as possible in the event of delays or setbacks.}^{• Client delays, late feedback, unclear instructions, or delayed payments
may extend the completion time.}^{• Rush requests may be declined depending on my availability
and the complexity of the commission.}

Character Information^{• Please provide clear visual references and concise character descriptions before work begins.}^{• Avoid lengthy, text-heavy explanations; a clear summary is preferred.}^{• Tools such as avatar makers, dress-up games, or Pinterest boards are highly encouraged.}^{• The client is responsible for making sure all references, descriptions, and design details are provided before the sketch begins.}^{• If important details are missing, unclear, or provided after the sketch has already started, those changes may count as revisions and may incur an additional fee.}^{• Do not submit references, designs, adoptables, outfits, artwork, or characters that you do not own or do not have permission to use.}^{• I am not responsible for copyright issues, ownership disputes, or permission disputes caused by references or materials provided by the client.}^{• If a commission involves designing a character, outfit, hairstyle, accessories, markings, or other major visual elements from unclear or incomplete information, a design fee may be applied.}^{• I reserve the right to simplify overly complex details unless complexity fees have been discussed and paid.}

Revisions^{• Both major and minor revisions are limited to three (3) rounds total unless otherwise stated.}^{• Please consolidate your feedback into one message per revision round.}^{• Multiple separate messages with new changes may be counted as additional revision rounds.}^{• Revision requests must be clear and specific. Marking areas in red or providing direct notes is highly encouraged.}^{• Revisions caused by my mistake, such as missing a clearly provided detail, will be corrected at no extra charge.}^{• Revisions caused by unclear references, missing information, changed preferences, or client error may incur an additional fee.}^{• After the final artwork is approved or delivered, additional changes are not included and may require a new fee.}^{• I reserve the right to decline revisions that would require redrawing large portions of the artwork after approval.}

Usage Restrictions^{• All commissions, whether for personal or commercial use, are strictly prohibited from being used for NFTs, AI generation, AI training, cryptocurrency, blockchain-related projects, or any machine learning dataset.}^{• The client may not upload, submit, sell, license, reproduce, or otherwise provide the commissioned artwork to any AI program, AI dataset, image generator, editing model, or machine learning system.}^{• The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation, remove my credit, remove my watermark/signature, or falsely represent themselves as the artist.}^{• The client may not resell, redistribute, trace, heavily edit, copy, or use the artwork to create derivative works for profit unless commercial rights have been purchased and agreed upon.}^{• Personal-use commissions may not be used for merchandise, prints, stickers, charms, apparel, branding, advertisements, promotional material, monetized content, or any product/service intended to generate income.}^{• Commercial use is not included unless it has been discussed, approved, and paid for before usage begins.}

Usage RightsPersonal Use^{• Prices listed are for personal use only unless commercial rights have been purchased.}^{• Personal-use artwork may be used for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, personal character references, and personal social media posts with proper credit.}^{• You may not sell, profit from, reproduce, or mass-produce the artwork, including prints, merchandise, stickers, charms, apparel, or other products.}Modifications^{• You may resize or crop the artwork for non-commercial digital purposes.}^{• You may not heavily edit, trace, redraw, recolor, remove my watermark/signature, or claim the artwork as your own.}Privacy Requests^{• I retain the right to post commissioned artwork as part of my portfolio, commission examples, promotional material, or social media.}^{• If you wish for the artwork to remain private or unpublished, please notify me before ordering. An additional privacy fee may apply.}Social Media^{• You are welcome to upload your commissioned artwork to social media, as long as it remains for personal, non-commercial use.}^{• Proper credit to the artist is required.}Artist Rights^{• I retain all rights to my artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.}^{• I may use commissioned artwork for promotional purposes, portfolio samples, commission sheets, or social media unless a privacy agreement has been arranged.}

PAYMENTS

Payments^{• Payments are accepted in USD via Ko-fi or PayPal.}^{• A 10% booking fee, deducted from the total price, is required to confirm the order.}^{• A commission slot is not confirmed until the required payment or booking fee has been received.}^{• Work will not begin until payment requirements have been met.}^{• Full upfront payment is required for commissions valued at $100 USD or below.}^{• For commissions exceeding $100 USD, payment plans may be available.}^{• For payment plans, each stage may be paused until the agreed payment is received.}^{• Low-resolution previews may be sent for approval before final payment or final delivery.}^{• Final files will not be delivered until the full payment has been completed.}

Commercial Use^{• Commercial rights may be purchased for an additional 50% of the original artwork price.}^{• Commercial use includes merchandise, prints, products for sale, promotional material, monetized content, branding, business-related use, or any use intended to generate income.}^{• Commercial rights allow the client to profit from the artwork, but I still retain authorship of the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.}^{• Proper credit to the artist is required, even if the artwork has been edited, cropped, or altered for commercial use.}^{• Commercial use is not allowed unless it has been discussed, approved, and paid for before usage begins.}^{• If a formal written contract is required, please contact me directly before placing an order.}

Deadlines and Rush Orders^{• Deadlines can be arranged, but they must be discussed before payment.}^{• Standard deadlines must be no sooner than three (3) weeks from the date the commission is accepted.}^{• Rush orders requiring completion within three (3) weeks or less will be subject to a priority fee ranging from 25% to 50% of the total commission price.}^{• Rush fees increase depending on the urgency, complexity, and my availability.}^{• Rush requests may be declined.}

Cancellations and Refunds^{• If the client cancels the commission during the sketch stage, a 50% refund of the total payment will be issued.}^{• Once the sketch is approved and the commission moves beyond the sketch stage, refunds are no longer available.}^{• If I, the artist, must cancel the commission for any reason, refunds will be based on progress made:}^{• 75% refund if only the sketch stage is complete.}^{• 50% refund if the work has progressed to line art or beyond.}^{• If no payment, response, or feedback is received within a reasonable timeframe after sketch approval, the order may be canceled.}^{• If a client disappears after work has begun, any payments already made may be considered compensation for the time and work completed.}^{• If you anticipate delays due to emergencies or other commitments, please communicate in advance so the project can be placed on hold.}

Payment Protection^{• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized refund attempts after work has begun or been delivered will result in cancellation of the commission, loss of usage rights, and possible blacklisting from future commissions.}^{• If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, the client immediately loses all rights to use the artwork in any form.}^{• I reserve the right to publicly clarify ownership of unpaid, disputed, refunded, or chargebacked artwork if necessary to protect my work.}

Client Communication^{• Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and respond within a reasonable timeframe.}^{• If no response is received for an extended period, the commission may be placed on hold or canceled.}^{• If the client becomes rude, threatening, manipulative, or repeatedly ignores these terms, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.}^{• Please communicate in advance if you need extra time due to emergencies or personal circumstances.}

Right to Decline^{• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, including, but not limited to, overly complex requests, unclear references, uncomfortable subject matter, copyrighted materials, suspected stolen designs, rude behavior, or failure to adhere to these guidelines.}^{• I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client violates my Terms of Service at any point during the process.}^{• Clients who repeatedly fail to communicate, delay payment without notice, attempt to scam, misuse artwork, or violate my Terms of Service may be blacklisted from future commissions.}
